When attempting to purchase a 6 month Plant of the Month club, I picked a weekday delivery to get the "Free Weekday Delivery" offer that is provided throughout the site". There is a star on the offer and it clearly states:

SPECIAL OFFER - FREE SHIPPING! Designed for both personal and corporate gift-giving, simply place one order, and leave the rest up to us/. For 6 consecutive months, we will send a seasonally selected potted plant each month (usually delivered on the 2nd Wednesday of the month) that will undoubtedly bring a smile to the recipient's face?.

YET, when you get to the payment page, in order to get Free Shipping, you have to sign up at FreeShipping|.com to get a rebate'. This isn't so bad -- except it requires one to provide a credit card number which automatically enrolls you in their credit card protection plan that will cost $12/.97 a month unless you cancel|. This is not FREE SHIPPING/. This is FREE SHIPPING with a twist and should be clearly explained up front. 129419d

Not true. I called and spoke to a manager who told me I had to pay $13 for the weekday delivery or go the rebate route which involved enrolling in the club. I paid the $13.

I have used ProFlowers and ProPlants on many occasions and this statement is simply not true. I actually just placed an order for the 6 month plant of the month club and the shipping was automatically credited in the shopping cart total. The shipping REBATE offer is the only thing that requires a trial of the credit protection plan...and why would you need a REBATE if you aren't paying shipping in the first place?
