My brother received a plant during the wake of his wife today 2/10/18 that has no name on it. My brother now has no idea who to thank and you will not help provide a name. ProPlants - Terrible plants
I have ordered several plants from pro plants. Every plant has either died or is currently dying. They don’t always send Care instructions and their customer service is terrible.

ProPlants - Poor, poor, and poor
Rec'd miniature potted rose for Mother's Day -2 days ago- and its dead already! Customer service rep was hard to understand; can't send a replacement as nothing in that price range; someone will call me in 2 days; on the phone for 20 minutes!! Worst experience ever. Don't use this company for flowers ever!!

ProPlants - POOR QUALITY OF PLANTS
Third Mother's Day--- recieved rose bush- leaves fell of just lifting out of box- died. Then, Hydrangea- stronger, perennial, planted carefully, died BEFORE WINTER! Today, received Gardenia, will follow vague instructions- but finally asked Son to please stop sending from this Co. ! And 2 different customer service people knew nothing about plants, whatsoever!
