ProPlants - Pro plants delivers dead plants
Pro plants delivered twice dead plants to a funeral wake. This business has no right to be in business. They have no clue about care in shipment, temperatures, geography, or English for that matter.
ProPlants - No I'd of what plant is.

I want to warn all potential customers of Pro Plants to not to use them but to shop for another company that has employed employees that understand Americans speaking. I purchased a Groupon for Pro Plants for flowers for my elderly mother in law on Fri Dec 16, 2016,...Read more
ProPlants - Who to send thank you note to
My brother received a plant during the wake of his wife today 2/10/18 that has no name on it. My brother now has no idea who to thank and you will not help provide a name. My brother is now stressed out unnecessarily about this. He has enough going on and could use some help, unless you want to send a thank you note to your seller.....

ProPlants - Terrible plants
I have ordered several plants from pro plants. Every plant has either died or is currently dying. They don’t always send Care instructions and their customer service is terrible.

ProPlants - Completely unacceptable
My husbands father passed away on Friday. His company sent us a peace lily. It arrived Thursday, dead. My husband was prompt to acknowledge "a dead plant for his dead dad". Losing a loved one isn't easy, and I'm sure his company had better intentions than mailing a wilted plant. I immediately called proplants and was told they'd send a replacement today it'll arrive betwwen 10am and 8pm. Well, its 9:15pm and still no plant. Completely unacceptable.
I get emails from ProPlants all the time and I will click on the link to look at the deal shown (in this case, 25% off). I browse the plants and select one (regular $39.99, on sale for $29.99). l go through all the screens to select the vase (also discounted from $9.99...Read more

Rec'd miniature potted rose for Mother's Day -2 days ago- and its dead already! Customer service rep was hard to understand; can't send a replacement as nothing in that price range; someone will call me in 2 days; on the phone for 20 minutes!! Worst experience ever. Don't use this company for flowers ever!!
