The company contacted me immediately and gave me multiple options (new plant, store credit, full refund). I'm satisfied with their prompt customer service.

I made it a point to order a plant in time for my mom's birthday. The picture and description that ProPlants advertised looks nothing like what arrived at the front door.

I am very disappointed and it ruined an intended birthday gift. The base of the plant looks nothing like pictured and it did not stand straight up. The plant leaned towards the right of the pot. I ordered a Gardenia Topiary and it was of very poor quality.

Description said it was 20" but it was not even 12" tall.

I paid $70 and it definitely is not worth even $20. They should not continue providing poor quality products to consumers.

After filing a complaint and showing proof of purchase the company sent me a refund for the poor quality along with an apology. I'm happy that they responded promptly and at least show quality customer service.
