I placed my order online at the proplants website, requesting the "scent of love" gardenia plant be delivered to my mother on the Sat before Mothers Day. I paid just under 90$ for the plant and a large shipping fee, but mom it worth it so no biggie.

I recieved confirmation of the order via email and had no worries. When Sat arrived I was expecting to hear from my Mother but instead receive an email @ 4pm that my order had been cancelled due to an inventory issue and I was given a credit for 75$. In a panic (mothers day is tomorrow and it's 4pm!) I call proplants and they tell me they are not taking anymore Mothers Day orders!!! Thanks a lot, my mother relieved nothing on Mothers Day.

Your customer service is the worst and an email is just rude! I'm copying this and posting everywhere that I can!
