I want to warn all potential customers of Pro Plants to not to use them but to shop for another company that has employed employees that understand Americans speaking. I purchased a Groupon for Pro Plants for flowers for my elderly mother in law on Fri Dec 16, 2016, however, before I could redeem I had a bad fall that broke my back and had to have surgery.

Then I had to go to rehab and by the time I was able to redeem the $15.00 credit it had expired on Tues Feb 28,2017. Then I took another fall and had to have major surgery on rotato cuff and again was in rehab. Since I still had a $15 credit with Pro Plants I wanted to send my elderly mother in law flowers for Valentines day, therefore, I contacted Groupon for the required information to use the still existing $15 credit. Called the 1-888 number and finally after waiting for an extended time but I was OK with the time I had to wait since it is close to Valentine's Day.

However, when a Pro Plants person came on line I was on the phone with her for over an hour and half trying to get her to understand what I was saying. She did not understand a word I was saying. The word May, the word Jean, the Drive for the street, address the state of Tennessee (even told her just TN), it was not just the words she could not understand even the street number, zip code, nor the telephone number. I am a Christian woman and after repeating seriously 15 to 20 times I had to pray for my sins because I lost it with her.

I repeately asked to be transferred to her boss and never was allowed to do so. I ended up having to get up and take another blood pressure pill to keep from having a stroke. I even asked was the conversation being recorded for someone in authority to review this uncalled for ordeal. I finally told her Pro Plants could keep my $15 credit because it was not worth me having a heart attack or stroke over and hung up.

Do not use Pro Plants. I have advised everyone I know of this horrible experience and will also go on their Facebook to also address this issue. I see why their reviews are so horrible.

Please be warned, I will also address this issue with Groupon. Consider yourself warned.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
